APLUS BLUETICK handles all deliveries directly to ensure your order reaches you safely and affordably.
Orders are delivered within 2–7 business days after payment is confirmed.
FREE delivery on orders of 3 or more items.
Orders of 1–2 items: a flat R50 delivery fee applies.
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Your order status will update to "Shipped" once it is on the way to you.
You can check your order status at any time using the Track Order page on our website. Your order will move through these stages: Pending Payment → Confirmed → Shipped → Delivered.
We deliver to all provinces across South Africa. We do not ship internationally at this time.

You may return any item within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
To initiate a return, contact us at aplusbluetick@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), we will cover the return shipping cost. For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

We accept size exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order. The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
Colour exchanges are allowed subject to stock availability and must also be requested within 7 days of delivery.
